Well, here we are, almost into March, and I'm proud to announce that things have never looked better for TJWI and the forum/blog hosts maintained by us. Why? Well, here's a brief glimpse:

Firstly, we're now on our new support platform, IPB, which is hosted remotely. I've said this before, but there were mitigating circumstances that caused things to go back to SMF for support. We're here, and we're here to stay!!! Some of the features of this new software:


Howtos
You can now go to a separate section just for howtos on your platform , whether that be MyBB, SMF, Wordpress, PhpBB or PhpBB3.

Ticket Support
Not fully ready yet, but we're getting there. This will be available to Sponsors Only , so get your subscription now. We'll have this fully up and running by the end of the week, I promise.
Ticket support will NOT replace standard support. You'll still be able to get standard support via the forum, ticket support is just a premium feature.


Blogs
Again, not fully integrated, and again, available to Sponsors Only . I'll have this fixed and integrated by the end of the week as well.

Forum Cleanup and Organization
The old (SMF) way of doing things was a huge old mess. Not any more. Each category has a forum with subforums for more appropriate topics such as themes and mod discussion


Facebook Integration
That's right, kids, you can now login to the support forums (only) via facebook. No separate account needed!


As if all that wasn't enough, I'm proud to announce that SMF hosting will in fact resume very, very shortly. In fact, I'm setting it up now, and the links are already on the websites (including this one). Keep an eye on SMF 4 Free . Once that site is ready, you'll know, and I'll make an announcement here. Keep watching this forum, because the themes and mods for SMF are just going to keep pouring in!!


There are, of course, more surprises for the TJWI family, including an updated version of the MyBB hosting script (no, I won't update the old setup, it isn't possible), more MyBB themes, and maybe some mods. That's not all, but you just gotta keep checking back, ya hear?
