As stated via email: You have shown absolutely no proof of first usage, copyright, or anything of the like. If you want action taken, then you are required by law to prove you are the authority here. I'm not just going to take some nutjob's word on the matter. You are, as well, being incredibly vague. I'm NOT going to address matters unless they are clearly spelled out, and I'm not legally required to do so. In order for action to be taken, you must follow the DMCA guidelines specifically, and you must very clearly specify which content is being used without your permission, PROVE that said content is being used without your permission, and that you OWN the rights to that content exclusively. You have done none of the above. Next time, try actually getting facts together and evidence, rather than just throwing something against the wall and hoping it hits.

What you say different because the background color, off cource because it's a tranparent gif. Here we go again. Please read through this properly, and once again, supply ALL necessary proof. I'm not going to repeat myself again, I get very sick and tired of repeating myself.You claim copyright issues with an image. Post a link to said image, and ALL evidence. Don't make me go through abuse.org/web/*/dnk.co.id , provide a CLEAR and SPECIFIC link to images (including the ones that you claim are violating your so called "copyright") and evidence. I'm not going to say this again.Again, you claim copyright issues, yet you fail to present a bit of evidence, or even read through the response. In order to claim copyright issues, you must have the image patented and copyrighted by the legal representatives of the U.S. . No other court, no other jurisdiction, the United States. I don't care that you're in India, I don't care that you don't live here, I care that you haven't shown an ounce of proof that you "own" the image, and that it is copyrighted.This will be my final response on this matter, unless the required proof is provided..
